There is no parking, paid parking and a bit complicated. But the front office is very informative.

The location was good, close to where I needed to be for my guided tour. The room and bathroom were very clean, the staff were helpful and knew English.

Very good value for money, friendly staff, quality stuff inside your room, basically all you need and comfortably large for 1 person. Happy customer here! 🙂

Friendly staff. A little bit confuse for self check-in and check-out. Location is surrounding with the night bar host. However the location is near the transportation spot like monorail, bus stop and able to walk to the shopping street. Good price for solo trip.

First of all a lot of people don't get the purpose of these types of room. A small and single bed is meant for only staying for a night of couple days. Unless you're just trying to save money then this is definitely best for the budget, you get what you paid for. Yes its small but this is not a resort, the room is meant for people who likes to go outside and only need a place to sleep. The problem with the room I had was the AC is too weak that I was having trouble sleeping at night because it's hot, I literally had to open the refrigerator and put it on max just to cool down the room. I wish there is a wall plug next or closer to the bed so I charge my phone while it's next to me. Next is the the pillow which it pretty uncomfortable for me because it has beans inside rather than cotton. And lastly the window, there is no point of putting a window if I can't even see outside. When you open the window there is another glass behind it that you cant see anything. Checking out is easy, all you have to do is drop the key on the box but checking in is weird because I have to put my info on a iPad and take a video of myself and a picture of my passport. Please bring your passport when you're staying here but maybe an ordinary identification will be fine.

It was pretty good, almost entirely self-service. They clean the room every three days, but you can request daily cleaning. The only downside is that the room's AC temperature can't be adjusted; it's a central system, which isn't very convenient.

the automated checkin is the worst. you have to register all your info on an iPad. i understand for a 外国人 need to be verified, but only to present your passport. the hotel can ask for photocopying your passport. however, at this hotel, you need to hold your passport to take a photo, and you need you record a video stating your name. is this interrogation? or am i a hostage? so demeaning and unnecessary. be extra careful as the AI technology is so advanced, they could your image/video for other things. especially when they have all your personal data as well. i refused to record a video and asked for a sign in sheet instead rediculous! 被褥有污渍。地理位置不错。设施老旧 但是够用。

Excellent location within walking distance to the subway station, downtown and nearby cafes and restaurants.

Good value for money. Perfect for someone who just need a bed to sleep and have good shower. However the location is in the middle of “hostess bars” area so the atmosphere was not nice for me. There is a window in my room but obscure glasses so I couldn’t see the outside, not even see whether sunny or not.

It was good according to the price

This hotel is extremely pleasant, in a somewhat convenient location. It is very near to Naminoue Shrine and Naminoue Beach, which is quite lively during the daytime. However, as usual with Okinawa, it is highly recommended to come with a car or with a high Uber budget. Despite being in Naha, Kokusai-dori and the city centre of Naha are quite far, especially in the hot seasons. The distance from the city centre is significant as that is where buses to other locations in Okinawa island go from, such as Okinawa Churaumi Acquarium. However, this hotel's location is great for accessing other islands, such as Zamami Island, from the ferry terminal, which is only a 15-minute walk away. This is perfect for a 9 A.M. ferry out to Zamami Island or beyond. However, the location is in a bit of a nightlife area, and although there is no noise from clubs at night, the presence of host clubs is certainly felt - it is up to you whether this is a good thing or not, definitely provides entertainment. Besides the location, this hotel is good in terms of its amenities. Amenities such as combs, toothbrushes, robes, etc. are in the lobby. The one aspect that can be a bit frustrating is the check-in, which you have to manage yourself on a tablet. It is overall ok, but not exactly what you want to do when you first arrive.
