【Parking lot】Parking 1 car for free.（Kei-car&Small-sized car Only）
・In order to prevent crime at facilities and prevent accidents, video recording is performed by surveillance cameras when entering the front of a building.
Basically, you are not allowed to enter the room other than hotel guests.
If you are visiting other than the number of people you booked (if you are entering other rooms), please be sure to contact in advance.
If a person other than the guest enters the room without prior notification, a fine will be charged.
･The check-in time is at 15:00〜.
We will need to verify your ID and the registration form by check-in time.
Please understand that we are not allowed to send you the key code until we confirm those registration procedures are fully verified.
･The check-out time is before 10:00.
Please put back the key into the key box which is at the accommodation.
･There is no late check-out available. In case of delay on check-out, there will be additional charges.
･You are not allowed to leave your luggage after check-out.
All guests must be registered in the guest registry and ID (passport, driver's license, insurance card, etc.) must be confirmed by the time of check-in.
If we cannot confirm your ID, we will not be able to send you the key code. Please understand this beforehand.
① Please turn off the air conditioner and lights when you go out.
② If you lose your key, or if you take out or damage any of the furnishings in your room, you will be required to pay for the loss or damage.
③ Unauthorized addition of guests or use of linen for more than the number of guests is strictly prohibited. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Temporary stay is also counted as the number of guests, so we prohibit you from inviting guests without permission.
If more people than the reserved number stay in the room without permission, fines will be incurred.
④ Garbage will be taken away by the cleaning staff when you check out. Please leave your garbage inside the room. If you wish to put your garbage outside of your room, please make sure to put it out on the balcony of that room. If you put your garbage outside the property and cause trouble with residents, fines will be incurred.
Also, please separate burnable garbage, bottles, cans, and PET bottles.
⑤ Please do not park your car in any space other than the designated spaces.Be sure to check the materials sent to you.
If you park your car in a space other than the designated space and cause trouble with neighbors, fines will be incurred.
⑥ Please do not make noise that may disturb the neighbors.
If there is a complaint from a neighbor regarding noise, fines will be incurred.
⑦ Please be sure to keep check-in and check-out time. Cleaning staff will come to clean the room.
Failure to comply will result in a fine.
⑧ Please make sure to lock the front door and windows when you leave the house.
