I was able to travel alone as a woman. It's located near the center of Kokusai Street, so you can stay overnight after sightseeing, so it's a very good location and reasonably priced. I'm glad I stayed here because everyone at the reception was so kind!
However, since it is located right in front of Kokusai Street and above the karaoke, you can hear a lot of noise during the night, so people who can't sleep unless it's quiet at night may have a hard time falling asleep.

This hotel is really clean, and this was my second time staying there. The building is a little old, but everything has been updated, and they have good services and kind staff. I will stay here again! Also, the free breakfast bento is really nice. It is not like other hotels where you have to pay extra to get a "free breakfast." Anybody staying here can get one for free. Also, the location on Kokusai Dori (International Avenue) really is fantastic. There are other hotels on the same street, but usually at a much greater cost.
