Hewitt Resort Naha

Pretty close to Kokusai Street very nice clean hotel. It's relatively new. Toilet and bath are separated and I loved it.

This hotel is nowhere near the 5-star standard advertised on Trip.com and is, at best, a 3-star property. The facility hours are very limited, especially for a hotel claiming to be luxury. The rooftop bar closes at 9 pm, which is far too early, and we were also told at check-in that access to the infinity pool costs extra at around JPY 1,100 per adult. Charges like this should be made clear upfront, not casually mentioned on arrival. Breakfast was decent enough, with an adequate selection, but the process was unnecessarily frustrating. Guests had to register in advance for a roughly 45-minute timeslot, and during our visit we were asked to provide a QR code. It felt overly complicated and poorly managed when they could simply have checked our room number and names instead. The only real positive was the reception staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and helpful with our requests. Unfortunately, good staff alone cannot make up for the limited facilities, extra charges, and inconvenient procedures. Overall, this hotel does not deliver a 5-star experience and feels misleadingly advertised.

Conveniently located at one end of the shopping street, kokusai dori. Automated parking (¥1800/day), very easy and convenient. Laundry machines usually fully occupied during evening hours.

Is a good retreat place, stay away from busy life

The location is excellent is right next to kokusai dori, that’s all the good thing for this hotel. The room size is so small as a five star hotel and the breakfast is taste soso. Bunch of precooked food.

Location is wonderful. Many shops and the restaurants around the hotel. Rooms so clean and tidy. Will back again next time.
