1) Great location, conveniently accessible by monorail. 2) The lobby offers a variety of refreshing iced drinks and coffee. Especially refreshing after a soak in the onsen (hot spring), a couple of drinks downstairs are perfect for quenching your thirst. 3) The rooms are small but well-equipped, spacious, and fully furnished. 4) The breakfast is excellent, among the best I've had in similar hotels during my many trips to Japan. However, it's best to go early, as there's not much food left and the portions are small.
