It was a comfortable and a pleasant stay. Live music during dinner was a pleasant surprise. Hotel staff was courteous. Property was well maintained. Ambience was nice with lots of beautiful flowers in full bloom. Bathrooms can be better.

Initially for us, the Timble Trail meant that we would have to go to the resort only after going up the ropeway, but you gave us the booking below, which we came to know after going there. We were left stunned.
But they took Rs 5,000 more from us and gave us a higher booking.
The view above is very beautiful. The room was also good, only the light in the bathroom was so low that it was difficult to even shave in the morning. Anyway, due to old construction the WC was in a bad and shaky condition. The diverter was also of old type and due to the shower being very small, water was not coming properly.
The food was good.

The property's location is the only defining feature. The room sizes are good. Apart from this the qualiy of room furnishings, the food etc are nowhere near good and by no means justify the tarrif being charged. An avoidable property unless you intend to use it as a sort of night halt on the way to a long journey.

Please don’t stay here as staff was not cooperative at all. Glass was broken in the room and we had avoided an accident with our child and when we told this to staff they have taken it very lightly.

The resort has a top notch location and the best part is that cable car runs from inside the resort. The staff is very polite and helpful
