Seclude Nahan, Bantony Cottage

We stayed overnight on our way from Shimla to mussoorie. Reached quite late but the caretaker Kundan Singh was extremely polite and went out of his way to make us comfortable. We stayed in room which was large and comfortable but then realised in the morning that there were even better rooms. It is located in a quiet place surrounded by a fairly rich forest. A good place for a quiet hoiday

The property is really beautiful and neat. Their service was really good and prompt. Hospitality was really good by Mr.Kundan and his team. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely visit their properties in other locations.

Had a truly wonderful stay at Seclude Nahan. The property has such a beautiful vintage charm with spacious and thoughtfully done rooms that make the whole experience feel warm and royal at the same time. The peaceful surroundings and heritage vibe made the stay even more special. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff was incredibly sweet, attentive, and always available on just one call. A special mention to Mr. Kundan and Abhishek for taking such genuine care of us throughout the stay. From arranging everything smoothly to even cooking food for us beyond regular hours with a smile, their warmth made us feel completely at home. They were especially wonderful with the kids, playing with them and making sure they were comfortable and happy throughout. And the food deserves a special mention too — absolutely delicious, fresh, and made with so much care. This place is not just a stay, it’s an experience filled with warmth, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. Would definitely love to visit again.

We had an extremely pleasant stay at the property, the staff was very sweet, accomodating and always available. Special mention to kundan for arranging everything as and when required. He also gave us insights on the place history and everyday living in nahan. Sushil bhaiya greeted us with a smile everytime. Bhagat was also available and amiable. The rooms are clean, all electricals work well, no mosquito issue, no issues with the bedding, various outdoor sitting area. Quiet, peaceful and worthwhile. Values for money.

A heartfelt mention to Bhagat Singh, the property manager, who goes out of his way to ensure every guest feels comfortable and looked after. His sincerity and attention to detail reflect in every aspect of the stay. Kundan, our butler, took such wonderful care of us throughout — always attentive, thoughtful, and ever-smiling. And the chef deserves special appreciation; every meal was absolutely delicious and made with so much love. Places are beautiful because of the people who create the experience, and Nahan Seclude continues to do that effortlessly. Looking forward to coming back again.

Seclude Nahan was much more than what we expected…. Well located right next to the forest on a hill overlooking the busy town. The cottage has 11 rooms , spacious with all modern amenities but retaining the colonial style. The staff was friendly, cooperative & served with a smile. Delicious meals served with style & adapted to individual tastes. The badminton & TT kept us engaged & the forest walk was refreshing. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend it as an ideal getaway.

Just under five hours from Delhi, Seclude’s Nahan property is a little gem that beautifully preserves its colonial character while offering all modern amenities. We loved our morning coffees and sundowners at the charming gazebo, soaking in the fresh air and serene hill views. The staff were warm and attentive, and served excellent meals throughout—especially the spectacular candlelight continental dinner.
