This is somewhat like a heritage property… A vacation palace of Maharajas turned into hotel… Location great… ambience amazing… Service in room quite slow…charging for a bucket of ice … not acceptable as the prices of the stay are quite high…. Special mention though is that the hotel provides shuttle services to mall road to all their guests… Mr.Jitendra Bist…. He works as a driver…he was extremely polite ,helpful and punctual…. He was a gem of a person… another person was Mr.Tara… he made sure the guests are treated well… and well fed… Thank you for your hospitality… Had a pleasant stay…

Very well maintained heritage property. The staff is courteous and very humble. A huge shout out to the GM of the property who leads the staff by example. He keeps a tab on the the guests and also leaves no stone unturn to make themselves feel at home!!

The hotel staff is not at all supporting also the room category chosen and the ammenities being provided is not at all worth. The staff words are not as per commitment they say something else and do something else. Overall holiday has become a task.

Overall experience in resort was good . Very nice ambience and food. Staff is very supportive. View from balcony rooms are superb . Very quick response on every call / requirement from room. Way to resort is a little bit scary or we can say adventures. Thank you all Hotel Staff

It was one of the most expensive stay I have had in any mountain holiday destinations. The room given was highly uncomfortable, with queen size bed.. we had get extra mattress and lie down. The mattress in both cot and extra were lumpy. Pillows are uncomfortable. The food was mediocre. They are grossly understaffed. Only 1 manage the bar, 1 the restaurant. The reception people are not efficient. If u call for water we don’t get for 1 hour that too after multiple reminders. The bathroom is basic. Out and out a bad experience for me n my husband. We have visited many places both in India and abroad, but this is by far the worst!

Nestled beautifully in the picturesque hill station of Nainital, the hotel Naini Retreat serves an ideal getaway for people living in the capital. Curated gardens,hospitality of the staff, an atmosphere of tranquility, cold breeze, picturesque sights with the overlooking Naini Lake and the incessant bell ringing in the Naina Devi temple ,is all one longs for. I had the opportunity to hear the blissful and soul touching flute music played by Mr. Yash raj , a promising talent from the hills. Mr. Tara enriched my general awareness about the lush green landscape, its vegetation, climate and about the beautiful property and its royal heritage.Mr. Harish, the gardener, offered me a lovely bouquet of hydrangea as I checked out of the property. I carried the bouquet back home in Delhi and it exotic flower adorned my home for a few days.In short, my short stay was an impeccable Himalayan Retreat.

Spent wonderful moments in an exquisite property surrounded by blue green mountains. I enjoyed the hospitality of tge staff. The gardener Harish ji made a wonderful bouquet as we proceeded to leave the property.The gardens are very well curated.We look forward to coming back again.A wonderful Himalayan retreat.

Very good service, excellent food, convenient location, warm and courteous staff. The deck in front of the restaurant has a good view of the lake and is a nice place to relax especially in the mornings. Rooms are well appointed a d some of the rooms (suites) can easily accommodate a family of 4. They have 2 washrooms and 4 beds…

Simply superb destination place to stay .... The hotel is one of the finest hotels in Nainital. Very nicely maintained and simply amazing stay experience. All rooms were furnished with all the modern day amenities, Excellent hospitality with exceptional services for each of its guests.
