Roma Court Serviced Apartments

Amazing hospitality and daily house keeping which is essential. ANNIPER and DOROTHY were super helpful and amazing in term of resolving any small issue. The 1 bedroom Apartment is quite spacious and has all the amenities needed whether you want to cook or etc. Location wise is quite amazing situated in the heart of Kilimani and every thing is a walking distance whether its Yaya center or any popular restaurants or lounge or bars and not to mention a walking distance to Chinatown. Definitely would come again for sure. Its peaceful and away from all the noise and has a nice little private garden downstairs

The hotel - From the well appointed immaculate rooms and common areas, every corner is immaculate. The rooms are very well maintained, and has everything you need away from home. Staff - Every member of Roma Court team was wonderful, but I have to give special recognition to Grace, Dorothy, Yusuf and Kerubo. These 4 were truly the stars of the show for me. Grace was exceptionally professional, attentive and genuinely caring. You could immediately see how much pride she takes in what she does. She checked me in on the first day. Dorothy — What can I even say? Rarely have I met someone in hospitality who felt so genuinely warm, sincere and welcoming. She checked me in on my second day return from safari. Kerubo - From the moment we met, it felt as though I had known her forever. Her kindness and natural warmth are something I will never forget. Always smiling and friendly. I honestly want to know where Roma Court finds staff like this, because they are exceptional. They elevate an already great experience into something truly unforgettable. Yusuf was equally super friendly and always attentive. To the entire team — THANK YOU SO MUCH for making my stay so cozy. The owners should be incredibly proud of the wonderful team they have created and I’ll be back. 1000% recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at ROMA Service Apartments in Nairobi. The staff especially (Dorothy ) were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I have stayed in many accommodations across Nairobi, but ROMA Court Service Apartments has been the best so far. We were very satisfied with our experience and will definitely continue staying here in the future. We highly recommend this location to our friends and family.

Kendwa really is one of the best spots on the island—especially since the beach is clean, white, and doesn't pull out nearly as much with the tides like other parts of Zanzibar, making it perfect for swimming whenever you feel like jumping in. Here is a quick snapshot recap of what makes your stay there so great: * The Rooms: Spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind after a full day out in the sun. * The Vibe: A great mix of quiet relaxation by day and lively energy by night—from chilling on the sandy shore to taking in the beachside atmosphere, live music, and dancing. * The Hospitality: Friendly, welcoming hotel staff keeping things running smoothly so you can just focus on enjoying your trip. * Great Location: Being steps away from local cafes, great dining right at the main bar, and easy access to ocean activities makes it super convenient. Enjoy the rest of your time taking in the ocean views and relaxing on the beach!
