Very disappointing experience. The apartment was dirty on arrival the bathroom had visible stains, the bedsheets were not clean, and the fridge had a damp smell. The conditions were so poor that we even considered skipping bathing due to the state of the bathroom.
When we contacted the host to request clean bedsheets for the few hours we planned to stay before heading to the airport, he was extremely rude and verbally abusive, telling us to “f*** off” and saying he does not care about bad reviews.
We left after about an hour and had to book another place at our own expense. Trip.com should properly vet vendors on their platform. I am requesting a refund as the property was not fit for stay.
