The Hyatt is centrally located for convenience it’s across Sarit Center which has a lovely selection of restaurants. The staff were amazing and were always on hand to assist with request big and small. We had booked a family safari and were due to be picked at 6am; the restaurant was great enough to provide weetbix for our daughter at 5am, this was greatly appreciated. Simon, Jackson and Eddie were all very helpful

A very modern, clean, and spacious hotel in a great location. The breakfast was tasty with numerous options, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The hotel is very modern and beautiful. Rooms and common areas are spacious, food is excellent and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. Located next to a mall with all kinds of shops so it’s very convenient.
