PrideInn Azure Hotel Nairobi Westlands

My stay at Pride Inn Azure was fantastic. The staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful, kind. Everyone smiled and went above and beyond if I had any questions. The room was huge. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. The breakfast was very tasty, with so many options to choose from. The service was outstanding. The hotel’s décor and furnishings was immaculate. I felt very comfortable here and I highly recommend it. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. The only thing that’s a bit uncomfortable is where the pool is located. You have to walk past the outdoor restaurant seating to go to the pool. I wish the changing rooms lead directly to the pool. I didn’t use the pool for that reason. The gym had great equipment. There was a personal trainer there who helped me achieve a fantastic full body workout. He was brilliant. I love mostly everything about the hotel. I’d love to thank Maryann in particular for her outstanding service. She’s a real gem. But honestly, all the staff were amazing. The hotel is also in a great location - woth shops and malls within a short walking distance. I’ll be back and I’ll tell everyone I know about my experience. Thank you!!

The room is big, great shower, good selection of breakfast. Minus points for lacking hanger in the bathroom

Highly recommended for a 4 star hotel in Westlands Kenya

Pride Inn Azure was a fantastic choice for us as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids - 5yr old and 2 yrs old) as we had easy access to go around town. The room was spacious with a massive bed and space for a baby cot. The shower was huge with a powerful shower. Only issue was the lift was quite busy at times where we had to wait about 15mins sometimes to get on one as they only have 1 operational lift and installing a 2nd one.

This should be considered a 3 star hotel, and not a 5 star. There is nothing five-star about this. The renovations are happening outside, the bed was terribly hard, the floors in the restroom was cracked and caulked, the service was subpar. Its an okay hotel, if you're expecting a 3 star levels, it just needs to stop advertising itself as a 5 star, that's about it.

I truly enjoyed my short stay here. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the gate to the hotel staff made me feel at home. The food was exceptional—especially the lamb chops, some of the best I’ve ever had. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety and was even more delightful by the poolside, with a cool breeze and soft background music. Security is modern and reassuring, and my room had a lovely view of Westlands. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend this place.

The room is great，everyone here is nice，maybe next time I also choose this hotel.
