Booked for my friends to attend the flower exhibition.. nice staff and location.. according to my friends there was fine everything.

Service is not good. Breakfast is too bad. AC doesn’t work.. they gave fan.. many mosquitoes in the room.

Really enjoyed our recent stay at Concord. My deciding point was the discount offer from trip, but after arriving, I saw it was worth every penny.

A conveniently located hotel, clean and safe. Very cheerful staff, samptous breakfast and superb service.

No water to take shower early morning Entire water supply for bathroom and shower is shut

Quality hotel but need to point out some issues; 1. gym is very small 2. swimming pool is for kids 3. sorry dinner was totally tasteless

Very good business hotel. Only the check in and checkout times have to be little relaxed if they have rooms available at the time of checkin

This was a quick stop. The hotel staff was friendly, and considerate to give us a wake up call without requesting for one. They were aware of the early morning flight as the checkout was done late night previous day. The bedding was comfortable, good AC but there was a weird smell in the washroom. Had a quick check at the indoor pool, which quite small. Overall good enough for a night stay between flights.

It's OK for a temporary overnight stay, but it's a bit silly for the front desk to knock on the door and count the number of people in the middle of the night

The room is big and the service is very good. I found everything I left behind.

Since the situation in Kenya is not so good, it is impossible to take a walk around the hotel. Exercising outside the hotel is not possible. There is no supermarket around the hotel, so purchasing miscellaneous goods is not possible. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. There is a simple playground for children in the hotel yard.

Honestly, it feels pretty good.

The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and the staff were smiling and helpful.

Overall not bad
