Royal Tulip Canaan Nairobi was just as the pictures showed. The massage, the spa and everything was simply breathtaking and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and the hotel environment was truly lovely and warm. I would book this place again l.

Highly recommended only when traveling alone, not recommended for couples. The shower room and toilet are visible inside, and there is no privacy at all. The facilities are clean

The service was excellent especially during lunch time where we got to have cery good services from Christine Mwende who was very prompt in ensuring that everyone at my table and the group I was with have their cutlery and we have everything and just to mention, she is very fluent in her language.

The Hotel is well located close to Yaya Mall; I stayed for 10 days, and the attention of the staff was amazing; I have a very specific diet and the Chef was attentive and prepared the meals accordingly; the gym had enough equipment and a personal trainer that supports directly the customers; they also had staff to plan safaris and other excursions. Great experience!

I would have almost given 5 out of 5 if not for the wifi issues we encounter on our last day of stay. Very modern, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, clean room, nice bathroom and accessories and best of all friendly and helpful staff. It is also close to a few restaurants, plaza, malls etc.

Had full day meetings for a week , loved the customer experience , very warm chef who really accommodated my vegan friends . Loved the Desserts : couldn't wait for lunch ๐ .IT support was dedicated. The cookies ๐ช ,

My husband was attending a conference here, and I joined him for a few days. For the most part, we enjoyed a comfortable stay. The positives: Modern, comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms and good hot water. Helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet, with European and Indian fare, plus a few local options. Decent hotel gym with great city news. The negatives: Some back-of-house disorganization (it took several days for the hotel to confirm my airport transfer, though the transfer itself went off without a hitch, and it took several months to resolve a minor billing issue that we thought was addressed at check-out). Limited gym and pool hours (and the pool didn't seem to be heated when we visited). It was loud one evening of our stay, though the noise may have been coming from a neighboring building and ended by midnight in any case. Also, watch out for the metal *****s between the carpet and bathroom in the rooms, they can have sharp edges.
