Exceeded my expectations! I forgot to take photos of the room, so I just sent a video call to my family. After a week of dusty safari, staying here made me feel like life was bright again! The room was clean and tidy, bright and spacious, and had a small balcony. The hotel is within walking distance of a mall, where I bought a lot of coffee beans from Carrefour, and there were souvenir stalls too. It's also close to Village Market. The breakfast gets full marks, and so does the pool! It's right outside the restaurant, so after eating, you can just lie on a sun lounger – so comfortable! Drinking coffee, sunbathing, and enjoying the breeze – perfect! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nairobi.

Fantastic stay. Great facility, amenities, and mall right underneath. Security was fantastic both at the mall & for the hotel. This makes us want to stay at Holiday Inn in the future!

Hotel is a little far from airport. Located close to Two rivers Mall, has 2 big supermarkets, and a lot of restaurant to choose. Turkey food, Steak, and Fried chicken. Hotel service is very good. Bed is comfortable. Nice stay.

Everything was excellent. From the service to the amenities. It’s an in an excellent and very safe area. There’s a water park and rides for kinds plus you have the mall right there as soon as you exit the hotel. Lots of Finland’s to shop and eat. You’re close to other activities that a just a short drive away. I’d highly recommend this place.

Overall, it was a great stay. My only complaints are that the food wasn't really suited for Chinese tastes, and there were mosquitoes in the room. I got a huge bite that swelled up my entire arm for three days.

+ Clean rooms, welcoming and very pleasant staff, nice hotel. - Breakfast was quite expensive, one of our bathrooms (out of 3 rooms booked) only had a shower head and no hand-held shower, and my family found the beds quite firm. Personally, I found the bed comfortable but the sliding shower doors kept opening by themselves (water everywhere), and I also woke up with a rather stuffy nose.
