The room is roomy and clean with all the little details that were given attention to. Wish there is a grab bar at the tub for safety but overall is excellent. Thanks for holding out luggages while we visited the monkey park. I was so excited to share out friends the pictures of the hotel. The bedding is super comfortable. Such a comfortable stay! Thank you.

Stayed for a night for skiing.
Service staff were very helpful in being patient and answering our 5 million questions.
Room was good, nothing fancy.
Public onsen was available for guests too.
Free coffee at the lobby!

The room was very cozy and clean. It was enough space for 1. Breakfast was delicious. The location is convenient to use the metro. Hot spring area was spacious and pleasant to stay in.

房間很好，每個房間裏都有空氣凈化器，餐廳服務員都是跪式服務，温泉是透明的硫磺温泉，泡完整個人都通透了，很贊！

大浴場はあまり大きくありませんが、とても綺麗で良かったです。部屋もまだ新しくとても清潔感があり利用して良かったと思います。またチェックインが遅くなっても非常に良い対応で気持ち良かったですです。
朝ごはんも種類が多く、全種類食べきれない程のボリュームでした。また機会があれば利用したいと思えました。
