We booked a room for 2 but was very dissatisfied with the size of this room. One person would have been ok but 2 people was very uncomfortable for the room size. We left and booked another place same price much larger.

The room and unit bath felt narrow, but the bed was comfortable.
The drinking water was delicious because the environmental ionized water was supplied from the tap.
I took a bath comfortably.
I think the cleanliness was also good.

フロントの接客が大変よく、部屋が綺麗で部屋スリッパと外スリッパでくつろげ、大浴場もあり、朝ごはんが美味しく、駅に近いからです。

中津市へは唐揚げ目的で立ち寄り、とりあえず駅に近ければいろんな唐揚げの店に行けるかとこのホテルをチョイス。スーパーホテル自体は各地で利用したことがあり、ここも多分に漏れず安心の慣れたサービスを受けることができた。フロントの接客は丁寧で清掃も行き届き、無料でついている朝食ビュッフェも以前と変わらず和洋過不足ない品ぞろえだった。ところで肝心の唐揚げのお店には、有名どころの一つ、ぶんごやへは徒歩5分ほどだったが、それ以外のお店には車がないとアクセスは難しかった。

１年前の評価だから今は変わってるかもしれない。 その頃はコロナの影響で取り皿はキャンプで使用するような紙皿 バッフェは種類もそれほど多くなく、何となく残念 それでもスタッフは頑張っていたのでこれは評価したい フロントのスタッフはみんな気持ち良い接客だった

2人での滞在だったけれどお部屋には一人分のグッズしかなかった。温泉の着替える場所が汚かった。朝食は良かった。朝食係の方が親切だった。
