The hotel environment is excellent, very clean, and the rooms are quite spacious. The west-facing rooms even offer beautiful sunset views, which is a really nice touch. There's a large supermarket right next door, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Plus, the self-service laundry facilities on Floor F were a huge help. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

This hotel is an absolute gem. Its central location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Mekong River and the night market. The rooms are spacious and bright, with incredibly soft beds and floor-to-ceiling windows offering great city views. The staff provides warm and attentive service; the front desk team always greets you with a genuine, welcoming smile. Facilities are excellent, including a 24-hour gym, an indoor heated pool, and a sauna – perfect for relaxation. The breakfast selection is diverse, ranging from authentic Laotian dishes to Western options. The only minor drawback is the limited number of convenience stores nearby, but this is a small issue that doesn't detract from an otherwise outstanding stay. It's definitely an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers.
