Good location, great price, but average service (not even a smile upon checking in / out). Had to wait at check-out for someone to actually go and check the room before having the deposit returned, which was a first for us in Thailand (or elsewhere for that matter). We'd probably choose another option next time.

Bad experience ! Not recommend if you expect bright, clean and tidy place to stay. Reality vs photos on Trip.com are totally different. The room was old and notin good condition comparing against Hop Inn (another budget hotel chain in Thailand). This hotel really needs a serious maintenance or big renovation.

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay. When I made the reservation, only one room type was available. The room was quite small but perfectly sufficient for my needs. There was no breakfast included. For a one-night stopover, it was perfectly adequate.

The hotels is a bit old compared withe the picture that we see and expect from B2 brand. We selected room type with 3 beds to get bigger room for our daughter. The room is quite ok. Cleanliness may not be the best but acceptable. The hotel is quite close to good food around. We forget an earphone and hotel call us within 30 minutes which I think quite quick.

Overall it’s not a maintain well hotel, most of the decorations are seem old, and the WiFi network not smooth and stable, I may not come again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and popular attractions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely come back again.

B2 Nakhon Sawan Premier Hotel offers clean, modern rooms at a very good price. The staff were polite, check-in was quick, and the location is convenient if you’re traveling by car. Not many extra facilities, but perfect for a comfortable overnight stay.

The room facilities are a bit old, the soundproofing is too good (making it feel a bit isolated), and the air conditioning is noisy.

This hotel is so bad. I don’t even know why it has such a good grade on trip.com. I made a mistake by booking it and I regretted it all the way even though it was for one night only. We forgot some shampoo bottles in the bathroom and even the staff who checked the rooms upon departure didn’t inform us nor gave them back to us, so just extra money lost. Don’t go there. This hotel is just not interesting enough, the view is really bad rooms are moldy and smelly.

Good service and the room is spacious. Luckily to stay on 2-3 floors because elevator is a bit slow.

The room was very clean and comfy, staffs are very hospitality. Location is very convenient to access to the key areas of city.

The facilities at this B2 hotel are below average for a B2 hotel. The mattress is very poor and it is not possible to get a good night's rest. The windows that can be opened are too low and it would be a safety risk if you have children.
