I celebrate my birthday here, no pre order, no phone call, when i reach i was welcome by the kind hotel staff, given me a welcome drink and a piece of chocolate cake. I hereby thanks all hotel staff of grand fortune hotel with good service.

The room was clean and close to Lotus's. The staff provided excellent service, and we received a welcome drink upon arrival. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food, including both main courses and desserts.

I visited a friend and accidentally left my passport in the car. The staff became suspicious and made me feel like I might be a bad person, which I was very unhappy about. However, they later explained that this was the hotel’s policy and standard procedure. Overall, the hotel is of good quality, the facilities are well maintained, and everything else was excellent. I would consider staying here again in the future.

The staffs was excellent, helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good location with beside Lotus. Totally having a good experience to stay at this Hotel. Highly recommended and will definitely come again.

I am a residence in Thailand holding Thai Driving licence . Used it for domestic travel for the past years and no problem , either staying in hotels or taking flights . Went to the hotel for check in . Do not have my passport as it was kept by company for a week . The staff insisted to have passport . Without that I could not stay . I produced a lot more documents and asked to see manager . Manager did not come . Staff still insisted . I asked that I cancel my stay and refund me . They kept quiet and that means refused or can’t . Heard that this hotel belongs to a big big group in Thailand , international company . How did they do this to a guest . Finally reluctant and later I met the manager and she apologised . She promise to give fruit basket in the room but never ever . My goodness . Beg that I will never stay this hotel again and I really had very very unhappy experience in this hotel Wasting my time to talk to them for 30 minutes until the sky turned dark and missed visiting a few places. Damn it . Very angry

What a lovely place - it's clean and friendly - and out of the rat race - I haven't stayed at any others on this beach line, however, I can assure this is a safe and pleasant venue!!

Everything was great and above our expectations! The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We had a very pleasant stay and were really happy with the overall experience. Great value for money and definitely a hotel I would recommend. Would happily stay at Grand Fortune Hotel again!

Grand Fortune Hotel Nakhon Si Thammarat is a modern and well-maintained hotel that stands out as one of the best options in the city. The property feels relatively new, with a clean and contemporary design throughout. The room was not very spacious and fairly standard in size, but it was clean, well-maintained, and practical. Everything was easy to use and met the expected standard for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service could be a bit slow at times due to the number of guests, but they were doing their best and remained attentive throughout. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable stay. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Nakhon Si Thammarat.

Likely the best option in NST. Only issue was trying to book directly with the hotel, their prices were double or triple the rate of what you can book it for in a travel app. And the bacon at breakfast needs to be cooked more, it was too soggy.

Staff is great and helpful. The room is okay, but there is no electrical plug near the bed. The only available plug is at the table, which makes it inconvenient to relax on the bed after a day of activities.

Very nice hotel. Doormen, receptionists, and other workers were very warm and kind. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Only downside is the rooms do not have a microwave. Overall, great stay and would certainly stay here again if I need a hotel in NST!
