An exceptional stay at Rock Hyrax Hotel Nakuru. From the moment we made the booking, the service was thoughtful and personalised. They called to confirm our late arrival and even arranged dinner for us past 11pm, which was truly impressive. Collins and Fenny at reception were outstanding; gracious, professional, and attentive. Faith and Tolbert delivered exquisite meals; the food was simply exceptional. The hotel’s ambience is serene, elegant, and impeccably maintained. Service, cleanliness, and attention to detail were all top-tier. A truly memorable experience highly recommended and we will for sure be back!

This place deserves five stars hands down! Location is perfect, atmosphere is heavenly, rooms are amazing, staff are amazing, they’re angles, the best value for your money. If you’re in Nakuru area, either for short or long term stay, you’d be foolish to stay anywhere else!

Our stay at the Roch Hyrax Hotel was wonderful. The staff were supper friendly and attentive. The meals were yummy and the portions generous. We'll definitely be back on our next Nakuru trip⭐❤️

Our group of 10 had an excellent experience here. The food was well prepared and delicious. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The service was prompt and responsive. Everyone was so kind and made us feel welcome.
