A big group was staying in the resort around the same time. The staff at the restaurant told us that a-la-carte option is not available for dinner and that we need to join the buffet with the group. They did not allow us to sit in the restaurant and asked us to have our meal in the banquet hall ***** with the group. Not a pleasant experience.

Excellent location on hill top with good view. Good food but they can provide more options in menu. Good kids area for kids. Kids pool not maintained well. Very spacious area. Lawn area also good. Good parking space

Service was excellent. Food options can be improved. Overall a great experience. Staffs are very polite and helpful.

It was a pleasant stay. One of the places where you can stay with family and vegetarian. Best place in kolli hills.

Location of this resort is awesome rooms and other facilities are good approach to this resort is pathetic no roads literally restaurant in resort required to be upgraded since very limited options available currently

The place stay was great. The location was amazing. However, the service for the food was terrible, there were no options for alacarte and buffet was only option. Even if we wanted tea/coffee they would initially refuse. During breakfast as well, tea coffee was not good at all and came pretty late. Please improve the service quality.

Location is good. Parking space is excellent. All around resort is not clean, floors are not wiped for long time, towels were not clean. Food is the major problem, you have to take their buffet for dinner, no other options. For both b fast and dinner buffet things get over quickly, have to wait for long time to get it filled again.

Service is very bad. They take order amd forget about it. We ended up going to restaurant and eat there which we had ordered 3 hours back

Food was ok. Very slow service. Room was good. Kids friendly. Cost hotel at higher side. Bonfire very expensive

The experience of stay and silverline resorts was very beautiful as well as very enjoyable the staffs was very respectful and very cooperative the food was awesome this was also in fact that food was not available in the radius of nearly 10 to 15 km but the food that was made over here was awesome and highly recommended for family stays and business 10 out of 10 recommendable

We stayed for 2 days in jean 2024. The property is good with ample parking space, good view of the valley. The room was ok, clean but little old. The food was a drawback, they forced us to have vegetarian buffet for lunch and dinner, the spread was mediocre, you can order only nonveg staters after the buffet starts. The items were not getting refilled and it was very cheap of the management. Overall we didn't enjoy the stay because of the food.

This facility has well maintained rooms in the lap of kolli hills with natural beauty. Thats it. Please remember the following things before visiting to this place. 1. Service is poor. 2. Support staff cant talk in hindi or english 3. Hotels dont have sight seeing facility or local cab arrangement 4. Powercut is regular and wont get hot water in winter. 5. Reception people doesnt pick phone 6. Food choices are horrible. Awesome scenic beauty with awful hospitality

Excellent location, spacious room, good service and quality of food was perfect. I would highly recommend this place for a short vacation. Room Service was timely. Hot water was always available. No Air Conditioning as its not needed, Chill climate with dense Fog, morning and evening. Didn't even use the ceiling fan. Cell reception was on & off, other than that no complaints.
