The hotel is located on a busy road, convenient for those making a stopover on a trip (like I did). It has free parking, and the restaurant is excellent (but arrive before 8:00 PM or you won't be able to eat). The room is quite dated, but it's more than adequate for one night. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

The room was small but adequate, the mattress was very poor quality, and the bathroom had a decent shower but a strong sewer smell. The room faces the street, so there was a lot of noise from passing cars. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The reception staff were friendly. For me, it was fine for one night, but no longer. I should point out that the room is on the side of the older building!

We had booked a room for 3 people but we were only given a suitable one after we insisted. Two flights of stairs with no lift. The room was quite smelly and had to open the windows for a while before going in. The furnishings are dated. Breakfast is decent but again, chairs were worn and did not give a good impression. The restaurant was fully booked, so when we arrived we had to wait for a while before getting the keys.

This hotel is completely unreliable, unclean, and unprofessional. They advertise a 24/7 reception, but that is simply not true. After accidentally leaving my key card in the room, I was locked out in the evening. I called both the main number and the emergency number multiple times. Eventually, someone picked up only to hang up immediately. My follow-up message was ignored, and my number was later blocked. I had no choice but to sleep in my car. Completely unacceptable and extremely unsafe, especially considering even the emergency numbers were unreachable. Earlier we asked if we could stay and eat some dinner. The staff said yes and gave us the menu. After not even 5 minutes, the same person suddenly told us the kitchen was closed. Why hand out a menu if ordering isn’t possible? The day after when we had a quiet drink in the hotel lounge, the staff clearly wanted us gone but instead of simply asking, they began randomly switching off all the lights around us. It wasn’t even late, and we were behaving respectfully. The lack of basic courtesy was shocking. The room itself was far below standard: it smelled like cigarette smoke, the carpet was filthy, the TV remote was sticky and disgusting, and the glass had lip stains from ofher guests on it.the general cleanliness was poor. The toilet wouldn't stop flushing all night unless you hit the button several times really hard. They also advertise check-out from 6:00 AM, but no one was at the reception until after 7:30. When I explained all of this to the staff the next morning, I was told I could request a refund via email. I then sent a polite and detailed message only to receive a brief and dismissive reply: “There is no one present at night.” No apology. No responsibility. Just unsafe conditions, poor service, and broken promises. AVOID this place at all costs.
