Staff was very kind, helped with our requests. Restaurant was pretty good too. Overall experience was mostly comfortable.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the service attitude of the staff was very polite and friendly, commendable, the toilets in the rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable, it was a good night. I want to give special praise to thisal, I hope this is not the wrong name, he was very professional to solve my problem.

This hotel is brand new with comfortable bed and LED TV. The gym facilitate is well equipped. I’m quite satisfied except for the check-in at the counter where they couldn’t allow me to have my room 30 mins earlier because I booked the room with third party despite they had plenty of empty rooms. I needed to wait at the counter till the check-in time.

The Courtyard by Marriott is by far the best value for money hotel I have stayed in in Canada! The room is large, clean and tidy! The overall style of the room is simple and fashionable, with complete facilities! The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel has a nice environment, reasonable prices, and very friendly service! The location is excellent, about 100 meters from the seaside, surrounded by restaurants and shopping venues, the public security situation is good, and parking is very convenient. The Courtyard by Marriott is by far the best value for money hotel I have stayed in in Canada! The room is large, clean and tidy! The hotel is new and clean. The front desk service is good. It is close to the park. There is free filtered water in the gym on the first floor and free fruit in the lobby. There is a swimming pool, and the disinfectant smell is a bit strong.

It’s okay. They’re all relatively good in North America. The price/performance ratio is good.

The hotel is very new! The location is central, easy to walk to restaurants, cafes and the sea. There is also a swimming pool. However, the check-in time was too short to try it out.

The hotel has just opened recently. It is very clean and conveniently located. It is a good choice for accommodation on Vancouver Island. The parking lot is opposite the hotel, 9CAD a day.

I can not say enough about this hotel, staff, rooms etc. It is the only hotel that we will ever stay in in Nanaimo again. Coming back soon!!
