Wakura Onsen Tenku No Yado Daikanso

Just before 10:00 checkout time, the room bell rang. And then, to my surprise, someone unlocked the door and tried to enter. It turned out to be a female worker who had come to put away the futon. I told her not to enter the room because I was checking out soon, and she simply said, "You'll have to pay an extra fee!" and disappeared. Then, I looked at the clock and saw it was 9:58. They should have come at least after 10:00. It's my own fault for taking my time, but it's unacceptable for someone to try and enter a room without permission. Is this normal at a long-established inn with many rooms? I will never use this inn again. I won't recommend it to my friends either. I don't want anyone to have this experience, so please be careful when using it. The front desk staff were very nice, so I'm giving it two stars.
