A truly unique experience! The scenery and service were absolutely top-notch. However, cleanliness needs improvement; there was a strong plastic odor inside the tent upon arrival. Perhaps an air freshener or air purifier could be added. The location is excellent if you're driving, but it can be inconvenient without a car, as it's situated on the highest mountain peak. Nevertheless, the breathtaking views make it entirely worthwhile, with stunning scenery both day and night.

While the amenities are basic, the tranquil environment and beautiful scenery are the real highlights. It's perfectly convenient if you're traveling by car. What's truly impressive, considering its outdoor setting, is how spotlessly clean and well-maintained the guesthouse is.

The guesthouse is nestled in the mountains, offering beautiful scenery along the way. We got a close-up view of large wind turbines, and the kids were absolutely thrilled! The swing set was also a big hit. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you want to have a BBQ or hotpot, make sure to reserve in advance. **Transportation:** It's ideal for those driving. Ride-sharing apps like Didi might charge a premium to reach this location. Alternatively, from Nan'ao Visitor Center, small vans go to 'Hou Huayuan' for 7 yuan per person. From there, it's either a short walk or you can contact the owner to arrange an electric buggy. As the guesthouse is located within a scenic area, you'll need the owner to call ahead for you to pass through the gate, which waives the entrance fee. When you're ready to head down the mountain, the owner is also very helpful in arranging an electric cart to take you to the minivan pick-up point. You can ask the minivan driver to drop you off at 'Gongqian Dayuan,' which is the bus terminal. This stop is convenient for catching a bus off the island or transferring to other attractions. **Important Tip:** It can be quite windy on the mountain, and temperatures are generally cooler than at lower elevations. Remember to pack extra layers!

This experience truly exceeded my expectations! The owner was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. The beds were clean and comfortable, and each room had its own private bathroom and air conditioning. What's more, while regular tourists need to pay an entrance fee to go up the mountain, guests staying here are exempt. At night, there were no external visitors, making it very quiet and secure. You can watch the sunrise, and the panoramic views are breathtaking. In the evening, you can pre-order dinner with the owner, choosing between BBQ or beef hotpot. The owner prepares an abundance of food, certainly more than you can finish! You can also enjoy some drinks, and the atmosphere is absolutely perfect. A special note: the temperature difference on the mountain at night is quite significant, so guests staying here are advised to bring a jacket. And you can drive your car directly to the camp site.

The room was spacious and bright with fresh air, and I slept incredibly well.

During my trip to Nan'ao Island, I chose to stay on the hilltop. The room was impeccably clean and tidy. From Nan'ao's highest point, you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the entire Nan'ao Peninsula. It's absolutely worth a visit, and you can witness both magnificent sunrises and sunsets on Nan'ao Island!
