Manshe Homestay (Nan'ao Island)

The room is clean, the customer service is very thoughtful, and the view is also very good, but the location is inconvenient, and the road opposite has very noisy security noises at any time. It is very loud. Two of the three days of stay were under renovation, which had a little impact, but the customer service was very good

On the day of check-in, they called me early in the morning and asked me what time I would arrive. I said 2 o'clock. However, when I arrived at the front desk at 2:40, they told me that the room had not been cleaned yet. The reason was that it was the peak season, but I booked the room almost half a month in advance. We only had one day in Nan'ao Island and were going home the next day. I had to wait for an hour and there was no apology at all. To be honest, the sea view was indeed ok, but the rest was not so good. The hygiene was not very clean. They also sent me a message the next day to remind me that the check-out time was 12 o'clock. I was so angry that I laughed. It affected my mood. I don't recommend it. There are many B&Bs with such scenery in Nan'ao Island.

Checked in on April 30th, checked out on May 1st. On the day of check-out, we informed the store that we had left clothes in the room and provided a return address. The store also agreed to return them in WeChat. It was not until May 14th that we asked the store whether they had returned the clothes. The store called and said that the clothes were lost by the cleaning staff. So what did they do in the past ten days? If we didn't ask, would they just ignore it? The clothes were not valuable and the cause was indeed that we didn't check the room before we left. However, as a service industry, the store can't even keep a piece of clothing, let alone serve customers well. As a homestay, there is still a lot of room for improvement in service attitude and internal management

The room smelled and was quite small. The 1.8-meter bed in this hotel was about the same size as my 1.5-meter bed at home. It was near the sea, but it was very humid at night. There were people renovating during the day, so I couldn't sleep well. The bed was not very comfortable to sleep on. However, the disposable bath towels provided were not bad, and the paper towels were also from Vinda. They were also equipped with alcohol spray, but there was only one toilet seat cover. It was recommended that the plastic bag toilet seat cover be replaced with a stick-on one. The toilet seat cover provided was too useless and not easy to use. It was easy to urinate on it when sitting. The water was not hot, and the bathroom was extremely cold. At least there was heating at home, but it was really uncomfortable to take a shower. The car rental recommended by the hotel was more expensive than outside, so I don't recommend it.

After calling, the landlord personally came to the tourist center to pick me up, otherwise it might be difficult to find it myself. The room was clean, basically what you see in the pictures is what you see. It rained on the day I came, so it was not convenient to eat, and it took a long time for takeout to be delivered. The Meikejia supermarket at the door took half a day to walk, and it was very expensive. It was actually a bit inconvenient to go out.

Three adults and one child, specially booked a quadruple room, who knew there was only one bed when we entered, asked where the other bed was, the housekeeper said it was a tatami, if needed, we had to make the bed on the spot, the point is that when we returned to the hotel at night, we saw that the housekeeper only delivered the mattress and asked us to make it ourselves! The sea view is good, it's ok for two people, forget it for four people, don't book this room, it's not worth it!
