I had to wait for at least half an hour to check in. The room was generally hygienic and not very clean. Except for the master bedroom, the other two rooms were very small. One room was separated by a balcony. In short, the price/performance ratio was low and not recommended.

這酒店公寓很合我心意，房間大而舒適乾淨。
酒店公寓就在青澳灣北迴歸線景區旁，一路上都是吃喝玩樂的地方，很方便。
唯一的缺點就是酒店不給免費停車。
特別要給前台接待的娟妹子點贊👍🏻，原來我訂的大床房衹有1.5米，覺得小了，她主動照顧長者，給我們升級了2米大床，非常感激!

位置位於南澳島最東面（青澳灣）附近，離自然之門景點很近。酒店在一幢香湖灣酒店內，沒有單獨這個名稱的酒店，香湖灣酒店裡有很多家酒店。形式是酒店公寓，外環境還挺好的，房間裏設施設備比較舊，面積一般，不算大也不算太小。浴室邊的玻璃沒有簾子，但是是電子浴簾哦（開關在廁所插頭的旁邊，我到第二天才發現的）。有一個小陽台，我們訂的是園景，不太能看到大海。我們一共預訂了三間房，其中一間浴室的水比較小。這個酒店用的是熱水器，冬天熱水可以維持20分鐘左右，第二個人洗澡需要間隔15-20分鐘哦，否則就洗冷水澡了。
樓下有一個比較大的停車場，24小時累計停車費30元（就是無論你車進出多少次，一天累計停車費就是30元）

預訂的海景兩室一廳，前台小姐姐得知我們帶了兩個孩子，幫我們升級到了更高樓層的兩室兩廳，帶一個超大陽台，入住後果斷續住了一晚，酒店離北迴歸線廣場超近，離海灘也近，非常方便，附近非常多海鮮排檔，頓頓不重樣。阿宇小哥推薦了很多周邊好玩的好吃的，很用心。

隔音很差，牆後面感覺是水管，水管裏有水聲、人説話聲，還一直有嗚嗚聲，很吵聲音很大，不是那種隱隱有聲，就是能把人吵醒的很大聲，斷斷續續一直有，衹要別人用水就有聲音，基本沒怎麼睡着。
然後衣櫃估計比較被忽略吧，沒擦有灰塵，其他還好吧。

房間非常滿意，完全就是海景房，過年的煙花最佳欣賞位。
房間乾淨舒適，空間特別大，兩個房間，私密性也很好。
家裡人非常滿意，最喜歡定的這家，下次再來還住這裏！
前台也不錯，會提供旅遊攻略給我，雖然住的時間比較短，但是風景是真的可以，出門就是沙灘

酒衞生方面，我衹能説，多看看不佳的評價，不過嘛，節假日出來，沒多少選擇，床乾淨我都能接受。
店設施齊全，安全衞生，環境好，前台服務態度好，離自然之門很近，步行幾分鐘就到了。訂的海景房，下樓都是吃的，早晨起來去沙灘看日出也很方便，酒店離公交站也比較近，方便出行。
