Yirushi Seaview Luxury Resort Hotel (Nan'ao Houzhai)

The hotel staff provided excellent service. They contacted us in advance with parking instructions, travel tips, and even a food guide. The hotel room was great, allowing our whole family to stay together, and the view was also nice. However, the faucet and shower controls were incredibly difficult to use; they were almost impossible to turn. The primary principle for all facilities should be convenience and practicality, not just unique aesthetics. The shower only provided cold water when the flow was low, but when turned up, the water pressure was uncomfortably high.

The environment is great, and the views are fantastic. You can see the sea from the window. The room was clean and well-maintained by staff. The hotel service was excellent, and communication was prompt and positive, with quick responses to messages.

First off, the room was really old. I've been traveling for over 10 days, staying in all sorts of hotels and apartments, and this is the first time I'm writing a review! The room design was impractical; all the storage spaces were too low, and the room itself was small. I paid more for this room than for other hotel apartments, supposedly for the sea view and, more importantly, the sunrise. But not only was the window small, the glass was also filthy, making it impossible to take any decent videos – the effect was terrible. The curtains couldn't close all the way, leaving a bright gap that ruined my sleep. The room had poor soundproofing. Guests were making noise in the hallway with their doors open. I contacted the manager, who just said they'd check the cameras and that the guests would leave soon. Good attitude, but it didn't solve the problem. Also, the hotel was very hard to find. I was dragging my luggage, couldn't find parking according to the instructions, and no one came to help me. The day before, I stayed in another sea-view room that was over 100 cheaper, bigger, and much nicer! This place was seriously not as advertised. I'm very upset and won't be coming back.

The sea view is amazing, with a perfect blend of mountains and ocean. The bathtub is super comfy, and the bath bombs provided were a nice touch. The complimentary local guide was fantastic – affordable and authentic! I'd definitely choose this place again if I have the chance, no complaints at all.

This is my second time booking this hotel, and the pictures are exactly what you get! **Cleanliness:** The room was cleaned daily, which made for a very comfortable stay. **Environment:** The floor-to-ceiling window offered a fantastic view of the sunset – absolutely beautiful. **Service:** The staff were incredibly attentive and patiently helped with any issues. Plus, there's free parking and complimentary coffee, making it perfect for road trips. Excellent value for money!

The room was very clean and the location was great. It even had an air purifier, and the hairdryer was a Dyson! The front desk and customer service staff were all very polite. It's just a shame the weather wasn't cooperative, so I didn't get to see the sunset. I'll definitely have to come back again sometime.

The sea view is quite nice, and the bathroom is also decent. The photos looked a bit odd, but in reality, it's fine. Although the room isn't huge, it has pretty much everything you need. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided good service.

The room view is amazing and the design is very minimalist, perfect for family trips. The bunk beds were a big hit with the kids, and there's even a bathtub! You can borrow toys and sand-digging tools from the front desk. The housekeeper ladies provide excellent service and respond very quickly. Plus, there's coffee! It's fantastic, we'll definitely come again.

The view is great and the bedding is very comfortable. It's really good value for money during the off-season, highly recommended! Just a small suggestion: the curtains don't close properly, so it gets quite bright in the morning.
