The hotel's location is its absolute advantage; it's a true sea-view room. Every morning, the first thing I did was photograph the sunrise. Grand Skylight truly made us feel like we were among the clouds, overlooking the vast South China Sea, which was incredibly refreshing. Staying at the hotel made us feel right at home. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, Cai Sulan. Before our stay, friends who had previously stayed at your hotel mentioned her excellent service attitude. We genuinely experienced her warmth and thoughtful service this time. Also, last night when we dined on the hotel's second floor, the server was exceptionally welcoming, making us feel completely at ease.

I was really looking forward to staying in the more expensive sea-view room. However, after a night of constant howling noises that kept me awake, and despite calling the front desk multiple times with no answer, and then having the duty receptionist and lobby manager ignore my complaints, and with my reasonable requests not being met, I have no choice but to leave a bad review for this hotel. On another note, it's quite puzzling how a subsidiary of such a large state-owned enterprise can have such terrible management.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the river view room offers fantastic sunset views. Right below the hotel is a viewing platform, and dining options nearby are incredibly convenient. The service was also great; I booked a mountain view room and got upgraded to a sea view room. Everything was perfect, except that the hotel facilities are a bit dated.

Great location. Seaview rooms have really gorgeous ocean view. One of the most beautiful Nan'ao parks is nearby, also beaches. Plenty of dining options. Close to the island city center.
