位置超便利，樓下就有租電瓶車和公交站！房間乾淨無異味，床品柔軟好睡。房東效率高，有問必答，服務熱情周到，馬路對面還有沙灘，坐在陽台上就能欣賞，樓下也有吃的，性價比之王，下次還選這裏！

交通非常方便。可以直接地下每日12元收費車庫。也可以停小區旁邊小道露天免費。走出小區門口也可以租電動摩託車。 室內裝修有點老用料紮實。但是不妨礙使用。打掃乾淨的話甚至覺得比那些全新的什麼奶油ING風格的更靠譜。不過建議廁所增加一把刮板。馬桶位置容易積水。 對面馬路有早茶有果汁有便利店還有大排檔。往下一點點有沙灘。
