The room was spacious and clean, and the front desk service was very warm and friendly. A friend had a 5 AM flight, and the hotel kindly extended our check-out by an hour! Very thoughtful, thumbs up! 👍

I booked a premium king room and was told it would be upgraded to a deluxe king. When I saw the room was on the second floor, I asked if it would be noisy, and they confidently assured me it wouldn't be. However, at night, the sound of traffic was like an earthquake; it never stopped the entire night. There was absolutely no soundproofing at all. I could clearly hear people talking downstairs. I didn't sleep a wink the whole night! Plus, the room was incredibly small, there wasn't even space for luggage. It looked nothing like the pictures. The next day, I requested a room change. The new room was a bit larger, and I couldn't hear the traffic, but I could clearly hear everything from the room next door – walking, talking, even the sound of water running in the sink. I tapped the wall, and it turned out to be made of wood! My neighbors kept making phone calls late into the night, and I kept getting woken up during the day. Ugh, thankfully I only booked two nights. Any longer and I would have had a nervous breakdown!
