Shangri-La Nanchang

My stay at Shangri-La was great! The service from Seren was attentive, the views were beautiful, and the location was excellent. The hotel environment itself was also quite good.

Staying at the Shangri-La Hotel was an amazing experience! The hotel's location is superb, with Qiushui Plaza Metro Station right downstairs, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room was great, very comfortable, and featured large floor-to-ceiling windows offering fantastic river views. The service was thoughtful; Hazel from the service center proactively asked about my stay after check-out, which was a very nice touch. I hope to visit again!

Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: Directly facing the Pavilion of Prince Teng across the river, saving us the money for a night tour. Service: Fantastic! Very thoughtful. When our takeaway arrived, the concierge even helped deliver it to our room. We were rushing out and wanted to leave our tablet at the concierge, but they insisted on taking it to our room for us. When we returned from our outing, we found that they had even folded the clothes we had carelessly left around the room – truly like a 'Snail Girl'!

This hotel is located right by the Ganjiang River, with the Tengwang Pavilion scenic area just across the water. The subway station is conveniently located downstairs. The facilities are excellent, and the breakfast is also very good. The staff are all very friendly.

This is an older five-star hotel. The room amenities are complete but very dated. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a pleasant view. The air conditioning has a bug; it's either too cold when on or stuffy when off. The room itself is quite old and has a faint, unpleasant smell. Qiushui Square is right downstairs. The hotel service is excellent; they deliver water promptly, and ordering takeout is convenient. Everything else is just average.

The views from the window are absolutely stunning, offering a magnificent panorama of the Gan River, with Tengwang Pavilion visible just across the water. Downstairs, you'll find Qiushui Square, and the metro station is right there, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, and Rose provided thoughtful and attentive service. The Nanchang mixed noodles for breakfast were authentically delicious. I'll definitely be back!

This is an older hotel, but its main advantage is its excellent location, very close to Qiushui Square and the subway, which makes it super convenient for watching the fountain show. The service has always been very good, and the room cleanliness is acceptable. The downside is that it's quite old. The breakfast has a good variety, but the taste is just so-so, and the TV in the room is ridiculously small.

The river view room alone is worth it, not to mention the five-star hotel service and spacious rooms. The gym and swimming pool were great – clean water and plenty of space. I enjoyed them twice, morning and evening. The second night, I chose a five-star hotel across the river, near Tengwang Pavilion, and the difference was huge. I highly recommend this branded five-star hotel; I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Right across from Tengwang Pavilion, though it's quite small and took a while to find. The river view is stunning, especially at night. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; you can see the fountain show at Qiushui Square right outside the window. The pool is on a lower floor, which actually gives an even clearer view of Tengwang Pavilion.
