Our team 8 people came to Nanchang first time because of China sport Show 2025 arranged here. The best part of the hotel stay with Echarm Bayi Square WS mall is the front desks as well as the restaurant (breakfast) service crew. They are very attentive and efficient. Certainly make the stay feel so welcomed and at home. Don’t have to quote the name of the staff, because all of them are excellent. I would surely recommend anyone to use this hotel. Relatively inexpensive too. And Location is good, easy to locate as the hotel signage is very prominent. Food options outside the hotel are marvellous with a wide selection of different cuisine. Nanchang is a nice slow pace city that is clean and easy accessible by public transportation. People are generally polite.

Service staff were nice and helpful. Room was good but heater was not working. It was freezing cold 6deg and the window could not be closed because it was locked. Noise from traffic and people shouting outside could be heard late into the night.
