Jiazhou Ligang Hotel

The room facilities are quite old. I always thought they would be better after the renovation, but they are still not good enough and need improvement. However, the location is good, right next to 1227 Square, which is quite convenient!

The external environment is nice, located on the banks of the Jialing River, very beautiful. However, the hotel is too old and the hygiene is poor. I felt itchy all over the first night I went to bed, which shows how long it hadn't been cleaned. They also didn't proactively change the mosquito repellent. The breakfast tableware was also unappealing. I only slept well on the second day after they changed the sheets and blankets. Considering the high price, I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel service was extremely poor. Because of some kind of meeting, they forced guests to check out before 10 AM, and even lied, saying they had been informed of this during booking. We never received a single phone call or text message informing us of the early check-out requirement!

住的9號樓，背靠嘉陵江，夜景很美，唯一缺點離早飯的地方有點遠，其他OK。

房間設施： 裝修很新，沒有異味。床品柔軟，空調給力，衞浴乾濕分離。最喜歡那個大落地窗，視野很棒。 衞生環境： 角落都很乾凈，毛巾潔白柔軟，沒有發現頭髮或污漬，住得安心。

服務不是很滿意，沒帶身份證，其他證件和身份證照片均不可，一定要我去派出所開證明才可以入住，有點搞笑，什麼年代了，我提出退房不住了，這時又説可以先入住，第二天再補。實際第二天退房了也沒人説要補。這不為難客人嗎？ 第二 收按金300元，我這麼多年感覺從來沒收這麼高的按金，最多100或者信用免收。收按金也算了吧，進房間一看，怎麼找也找不到可以消費的東西。次日退房問按金是擔心消費啥，前台説唯一可消費的是馬桶墊，擔心使用馬桶墊 笑死，收300是為你逃單馬桶墊。給我的感覺是酒店很老了，很多以前的傳統保留下來了，比如按金 比如必須要身份證原件 再比如是不是應該送馬桶墊。還需要與時俱進啊。

多次入住，首先表揚前台服務意識好，其次環境好，硬件衞生還行。
