It was okay. They usually charge for late check-out, but the front desk staff was nice enough to give me an extra hour for free. The room was quite spacious and clean, but it wasn't soundproof. I could clearly hear the water boiling in the next room, even with a whole room and a wall between us.

The hotel service was excellent, the environment was nice, and transportation was very convenient.

The room was very clean and odor-free, with a separated wet and dry bathroom. It also featured smart home technology throughout. The view from the window was excellent and peaceful, with no noise. The front desk service was also great; a robot even delivered my takeout to the room.

The Greentree Eastern Hotel (Jiangning University City Branch) offers great value for money. The front desk lady was very nice; when she found out my eldest son, who studies here, would be staying with us for the night, she even gave us an extra breakfast voucher. What surprised us even more was that the Greentree Eastern Hotel also has a laundry room with dryers, and a robot delivers food quickly to your door. When my wife needed a few more hangers, they were delivered immediately. The service is truly thoughtful, and we'll definitely stay here again next time! On a side note, I had previously booked a nearby guesthouse (Alice's Fairy Tale Apartment), which was the worst guesthouse I've ever seen. The exterior environment around the entrance felt very unsafe, and the service attitude was poor. As soon as I arrived at the apartment, I requested to check out and get a refund, but they refused! I'd rather lose 430 yuan for one night than stay there, so I decisively switched to the Greentree Eastern Hotel. The difference between the two is huge!

The hotel environment is nice, and the front desk service is excellent. The hygiene is also very good, and it offers great value for money. Breakfast is decent, though there were a lot of people eating during the National Day holiday. Overall, it's pretty good and recommended.

Service: Food deliveries are brought right to your room by a robot, which is a real lifesaver!

The room faced the street and was close to the light rail station, so the noise at night was quite noticeable. The room itself was small; right inside the door there was a tiny entryway with a washbasin. The twin beds were extremely cramped and small. The shower in the bathroom had no bathmat and was very slippery, plus there were small flies inside. There was only one power outlet on the headboard and no USB port, so I had to unplug the voice assistant to charge my phone. For this price, I'd rather stay at a Ji Hotel. I won't be coming back.
