The hotel environment is really good, the front desk is efficient, the room is clean and tidy, and there's free parking nearby. Very convenient!

The room was extremely small and poorly soundproofed. Plus, my room was right next to the bar on the first floor, so I could hear everything they did on the phone. I checked in last night, and the room looked terrible from the start. I wanted to change rooms, but they wouldn't let me. I asked if I could get a refund before even checking in, but they refused again. I felt like this was practically forced sales; I was left with no choice but to stay. The sheets were dirty, and I was too afraid to take off my clothes all night; I barely slept. They didn't even provide disposable slippers; I had to go get them myself.

The room was otherwise clean and looked quite new, except for some kind of stain on the blankets. The receptionists were nice, but the rest... I'm speechless. The soundproofing was terrible. My neighbors were yelling and screaming last night, and this morning they were singing and shouting. It was the worst sleep I've ever had! I want to complain.

The facilities are plentiful, and all commonly used tools are provided, making operation convenient. The environment is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the experience was excellent.
