QINGMU INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

No comparison, no harm done! The previous hotel I booked was terrible, so I switched to Qingmu International Hotel. I didn't have high hopes initially, especially since it's near the train station. But as soon as I checked in, I was amazed! It was clean, had all the amenities, and even a smart toilet. It felt just like home. I regret not finding this hotel sooner. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanjing.

The room was okay, but overall not as good as the Quanjijie Hotel chain. The worst part was the poor service. The front desk seemed a bit chaotic, and they didn't even greet guests. There was one female manager in particular; when we were in the elevator together, she acted like I owed her money. At other hotels, staff are there to serve guests, and they'll greet you in the elevator and even press the floor button. This female manager, however, seemed to be supervising guests, and it gave me a very bad feeling. The slippers were also cheap, extremely soft, and slippery. There was no service consciousness at all, and it was a bad experience.

Exceeded expectations! The front desk service was excellent. When my elderly travel companion needed hot water, each time she went to the front desk, they thoroughly explained how hot the water was and reminded her to be careful when drinking it. The room we booked included two breakfasts daily. There were three of us, and on the first day, we asked if we could use one of the next day's breakfasts early, as two of us would be leaving before breakfast the following day. To our surprise, the staff immediately offered an extra complimentary breakfast. Although we only ended up eating one breakfast the next day and didn't take advantage of the hotel's generosity, their gesture was incredibly heartwarming. The room we booked was very spacious, with separate areas for the sink, toilet, and shower. The toilet was smart, and there was even a 'Xiao Du' smart assistant. Food delivery was handled by a smart robot. The hotel's cleanliness was also top-notch. Even though the room was on the railway side, it was very quiet with the windows closed, and didn't disturb our rest at all. Plus, you could watch the high-speed trains pass by the station. Additionally, the hotel is very convenient for both the high-speed train station and the airport. Downstairs, there are snack shops like 'Haoxianglai' and many other stores, which is very handy.

Overall, it's pretty decent, though the cleanliness was a bit lacking. The service was excellent, and everything else was fine. However, due to the cleanliness, it definitely isn't worth the 300-400 price tag. I'd recommend choosing carefully.

This hotel has the best train-view rooms, perfect for kids to watch trains go by. The room was generally clean. However, the overall service attitude needs improvement. There was a strange smell emanating from the drain in the middle of the night. Also, the projector's power light was very bright at night, so if you're sensitive to light, you might want to avoid the view rooms. The bedding was quite comfortable. It's very close to the train station, within walking distance, which is super convenient. The manager was very enthusiastic and recommended some great, value-for-money restaurants nearby. Additional note: I thought being so close to the train station would make it noisy, but aside from the common issue of poor soundproofing in all hotels these days, I was surprised that I couldn't hear any trains or vehicles passing by outside in the middle of the night.

The location is fantastic! You can spot the Qīngmù International Hotel sign right after exiting Nanjing South Station, and it's just a short walk across the street. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and fully smart, even the toilet was smart. All the staff were very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast too, which included fruits, desserts, and various dishes. It's truly great value for money! I wanted to extend my stay but unfortunately, there were no more rooms of the same type available.

The hotel is located right at the South Square of Nanjing South Station, making high-speed rail travel incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with kids – it's a huge stress reliever! The staff are warm, attentive, and go above and beyond, always ready to answer any questions. The room is a smart room, and my child absolutely loved the 65-inch large screen. It was clean and tidy, and the overall environment was quiet and comfortable. The front desk lady even upgraded us to a family room!

The breakfast was pretty good. The downsides were that the hygiene was just so-so and the room's soundproofing wasn't great. On the positive side, it's very close to the high-speed train station, the location is excellent, and the room has a mini-fridge and a large TV.
