雖然房間環境還沒到差的地步，但房間基本設施不加以維護是遲早的。從衞生間洗漱枱麪是用一個棍子撐着。馬桶洗浴一起。電視機看上去臨時掛上一樣。窗簾透光，是掛壁式空調。不知道哪一位一早敲門叫早。經濟型酒店也應該給人一個温馨的場景吧。

主要是離棲霞山近，就一站地，步行10多分鐘就到了。棲霞山七點之前免票，所以住到這裏方便。週五週六價格翻倍，不值200多一間的價格。房間給的水是迷你瓶的，在南京要想多要一瓶水是不可能的。

酒店很近栖霞山景區，走路大概15分鐘就到，服務員態度也好。
但空調就需要更新吧，完全調不到暖氣。
另外想特別建議酒店辦好可招待港澳旅客的牌照，網頁上的內容也要寫得更清晰有關港澳旅客要出示的文件/證件，現在完全誤導了港澳旅客，到那邊才知道根本接待不了港澳旅客（只持回鄉證的情況）。

除了貴价的棲雲以外，應該是離棲霞山景區最近的酒店，步行可達，六點出發，省了旺季門票
設施一般，當然從價格論，還是實惠的
雙床兩大一小沒問題，床品毛巾也算乾淨
洗頭洗澡液一體，拖鞋薄如紙……
攜程延退很順利，前台也算熱情，總體好評

衞生：訂了兩間房，床單上都有頭髮，換了房間後還是有。。。
環境：隔音非常差，早上4點被走廊裏的動靜吵醒
設施：空調聲音很響，響到睡不好
要不是因為這是步行距離去棲霞山的位子選擇肯定是不會來的……
