Pullman Nanjing Lukou Airport

The hotel is right inside the airport. After exiting the subway station, you take the escalator and walk straight, just before the check-in counters. Each room has a balcony outside the window, but both the window and balcony are sealed and cannot be opened. You can feel a slight vibration from planes taking off and landing, but it gets very quiet after 10 PM. The next day, it took me at most five minutes to walk to the airport check-in counter. If there's no one checking in, dropping off luggage, or going through security, the whole process takes about ten minutes. It's incredibly convenient.

Xiao He checked me in, and her service was excellent, from offering welcome tea to helping with my luggage. The room was quiet and clean with a great atmosphere, making for a very comfortable sleep. It's perfect for anyone who needs to catch a flight.

The hotel environment is great, and Judy at the front desk provided professional service. All the staff were friendly. I'll definitely come back again, highly recommended! 👍🏻

The moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a lovely fragrance. The front desk staff, Xiaoxue and Xiaoran, provided excellent service – big thumbs up! She efficiently handled my check-in and meticulously explained the operating hours for facilities like the pool and restaurant. The hotel's decor is elegant and grand, and the guest rooms are clean and tidy with soft and comfortable bedding. I also had time to use the gym, and the equipment was very well-maintained. The breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes, and the dining environment was comfortable. The hotel is located right next to the airport, which is very convenient for transfers. From the hardware facilities to the staff service, everything was well-executed, and you can see the hotel's thoughtfulness in the details. It's a great choice whether you're transiting, on a business trip, or having a short stay. I will definitely book here again on my next visit to Nanjing.

This hotel offers poor value for money. Adding a 1-meter bed turned a 500+ price into 800, and they called it a 'family room.' Plus, the facilities are seriously outdated. The truth is, it's the only star-rated hotel inside Nanjing Airport, so you're forced to stay there, which explains why they don't bother improving their service or facilities.
