Central Hotel

The location is fantastic, right near Xinjiekou subway station and directly opposite the upscale Deji Plaza. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. For just over 400 RMB in such a prime location, staying in a decent hotel, what more could you ask for? Seeing the ground parking and the automated garage full of cars clearly shows how popular and high the occupancy rate is. In times of economic downturn, people aren't just throwing money around, so getting a good deal is always appreciated.

The hotel is right next to Deji Plaza and also very close to several other malls. It has free parking, making it very convenient for getting around.

The lobby is dazzling and grand, but the rooms are incredibly dated. The hallways are like air-raid shelters – low, narrow, and dark… All the facilities are from the last century, basically standard issue for old-timers or cadres. In this day and age, it's just unbearable; old, old, old, old, old, old, old. It's been years since I've stayed in such an outdated hotel… 🥲🥲

This hotel truly made me feel at home. A special shout-out to the restaurant manager who remembered we would be having a late breakfast and thoughtfully prepared bread and side dishes for us in advance. The duck blood and vermicelli soup for breakfast was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the Jinling specialty dishes were exquisite. The Western pastry selection was also excellent. Highly recommend!

The highlight of my stay was definitely the hotel's breakfast buffet. There was a huge variety of choices, covering both Western and Chinese cuisine. The hot dishes were freshly prepared, the pastries were soft and just out of the oven, the fruit was fresh, and there was a full selection of drinks. The restaurant was clean and bright, and they were quick to replenish the food. The staff were also very attentive and helpful. Starting the day with such a delicious and satisfying breakfast really set a good mood for the whole day. Highly recommended!

I've stayed here a few times, but this time was really bad. I spent ages looking for a parking spot, and the security guard just stood there watching, all high and mighty. I waited for two minutes. When I couldn't find a space, I rolled down my window to ask about parking, and the guard asked me what I was doing there! What else would I be doing, I'm staying here! The security guard's attitude was terrible! I want to complain about the security guard on duty around 8 PM on the 28th. Also, my room key card wouldn't work for ages after inserting it into the slot. This stay was just awful!

This is my go-to hotel every time I travel. The location is central, and parking is convenient and free! Most importantly, the service attitude is excellent! It's very convenient for getting around!

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel has a great atmosphere and is super close to the subway exit, right across from Deji Plaza. The staff were incredibly friendly and even gave us a free room upgrade. They also gave a little gift to our child, which made them very happy. The breakfast and dinner buffets were extensive. Definitely worth coming back again!

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. Previously for business trips, and this time with my family. It's consistently good, as always. The hotel has an excellent location, surrounded by commercial areas, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The service is exceptional, truly five-star worthy. It's the best choice when visiting Nanjing!
