Nanjing Tianfeng Hotel

This trip to Nanjing has been a completely different experience, and after these past few days, I've started to really like this city. First off, I'm so happy I finally got to stay at the hotel I picked out but couldn't book last National Day. Secondly, the room definitely lived up to expectations. It was quite spacious, very clean, and had no smoke smell. On our first day checking in, the service attendant immediately upgraded our room for free! 🤩 It was truly a very comfortable stay, and with the subway entrance right next door, getting around was super convenient. Highly recommend. Third, food deliveries are brought up to the rooms by dedicated robots or staff, and guests need to use their key card to access the elevators, which significantly enhances the hotel's security. All in all, this hotel is great, and I had a wonderful time over these past few days!

I've stayed here more than once. The hotel's location is excellent, right in Xinjiekou, and parking is convenient. The stay itself is very comfortable. The cleaning staff are incredibly enthusiastic and polite; their service is great. I had a wonderful time.

The hotel is quite old and the cleanliness is just average. There were a lot of small bugs behind the faucet in the sink, which I only noticed on the last night of my stay. The bathroom has glass walls, which is inconvenient if you're traveling with older children. Breakfast was mediocre. The location is indeed convenient, right by a subway entrance, and there's parking available.

The location is convenient, close to many businesses, and easily accessible by public transport. The staff were friendly, and the two delivery robots were incredibly dedicated – highly recommend! This is my top choice for a trip to Nanjing.

This is an older 4-star hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, but the service is excellent. On the day I checked in, I had an issue, and a male lobby manager quickly came up to my room to resolve it. He didn't try to pass the buck and actively worked to solve the problem from a guest's perspective. His professional handling of the situation really showed the kind of service you'd expect from a star-rated hotel – a special shout-out to him! The room service staff were also very attentive; they'd greet me in the hallway and ask if I was heading out so they could clean the room promptly. Room deliveries were also very fast. They even have robots to deliver takeout to your room, which is super convenient if you prefer to pick it up yourself! The hotel restaurant has a takeout food truck by the main entrance, and their breakfast meat buns are bigger than my hand, incredibly delicious, and very affordable! Overall, the service experience was great, and I'd choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 30-minute subway ride from Nanjing South Railway Station to Xinjiekou, and then just a 2-minute walk from the exit following the signs. There are plenty of food options nearby, and it's convenient to take a taxi to tourist attractions. The hotel facilities are a bit old but don't affect the stay. On our last day, we happened to encounter a typhoon, and the front desk kindly arranged a late check-out for us. It was a great stay, and I would choose to stay here again if I come to Nanjing.

I highly recommend this hotel; the service is excellent and it offers good value for money! The only downside is that there's no laundry room, but the staff were kind enough to help me hang my washed clothes to dry. Overall, I'm quite satisfied!

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in Xinjiekou and close to Deji Plaza. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the front desk service is great. They even deliver takeout directly to your room. It's a good hotel; I'll definitely come back!

The hotel has a breakfast cart right outside the entrance, which was convenient since our room didn't include breakfast. It's also super easy to grab food from elsewhere. The hotel is located at the Xinjiekou intersection, which has four department stores, making it great for shopping and dining. Plus, it's close to popular attractions.
