The room was clean, the service was great, and the breakfast was also very good. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

I had a great stay here last year, the room was spacious and quiet, so I booked it again for a second visit this year. This time, the service impressed me even more. During check-in, the manager (later identified as Frank) came over to remind the front desk which room was for the wedding party and arranged a more suitable room for us. A minor issue that came up later was resolved immediately with speed and a great attitude. Since the hotel has different buildings, the manager had an employee (Horry) escort us to our room. After check-out, Lara followed up with a text message. Whenever we entered or left the hotel, staff at the entrance and along the way were always friendly, greeting us or opening doors. Breakfast service, from seating to clearing tables, was also well-organized. It really feels like the hotel pays close attention to management and guest experience, and I hope they continue to maintain this high standard.

The hotel is exceptionally spacious overall, with large rooms. However, the details could use some improvement. I particularly loved the hotel lobby; it's really well done.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! Upon arrival, I was delighted to find my room had been upgraded. The room was spotless and the design was beautiful. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly, and the follow-up communication with customer service (Shanshan) was excellent. I've already recommended this hotel to my friends! 👍

Quiet, and just a 10-minute drive from the South Railway Station. It's conveniently located next to Yiyue City and Yuhua Pavilion, right by the entrance to Tianlongsi Metro Station. You can even hear the bells from Tianlong Temple on the hour.

The room was excellent, very clean, and the service was outstanding. The soundproofing was fantastic, so if you're particular about sleep, this is definitely the place to choose. I've stayed here twice in the past two months. Horry was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, even reminding me to bring an umbrella when it was raining. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanjing. It's super close to the subway station, and getting a taxi is very convenient. The surrounding amenities are also complete. I loved it! And the cocktails were delicious!

Environment: The hotel is expansive with a modern minimalist architectural style, which is quite beautiful. It's located within its own secluded compound, so the surrounding area is very peaceful. The hotel grounds are well-landscaped with plenty of greenery, and there are many entertainment and activity facilities on the B1 level. The decor has a warm color palette, making the overall atmosphere very comfortable and relaxing. Service: A big thank you to Horry for the excellent service! All my requests were responded to very promptly, and they provided helpful and detailed answers to all my questions. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Nanjing. There's a large commercial complex just across the road, making shopping incredibly convenient!

This hotel was chosen for Shengquan Hengyuan's annual investor conference this year. The location is excellent, with plenty of great food nearby. It's also very close to IFC, making it ideal for finance professionals on business trips. I highly recommend Wang Family Wontons near the hotel – it's a forty-year-old establishment. The hotel's bath products are very high-end, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a private and peaceful night's sleep. The gym is very professional, with a full range of equipment, and it's also very clean.
