Keyne Hotel Nanjing

My top choice for business trips! The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to the city center. The front desk staff were professional, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and quiet, with fast Wi-Fi, perfect for getting work done. The breakfast selection was varied, and the coffee was great.

The aging room facilities caused me to get injured. When I got hurt, they asked if I wanted to go to the hospital for an X-ray and promised to cover the bill. It was good news that no bones were broken. However, the hotel's response was that their insurance company considered it self-inflicted and there was no CCTV footage. Essentially, they put all the blame on me. Would I have gotten injured if I hadn't stayed at your hotel? Your nightstand design itself is problematic. There wasn't even a single apology, and I even had to pay for my own hospital bill.

Went to a concert in Nanjing during a typhoon and stayed at Jinao again! Last time, everything was amazing except for the breakfast, so I chose it again this time! As expected, the service awareness is getting better and better. Customer service called early to arrange accommodation. The hotel room was still comfortable and cozy, and most importantly, any request was met with an immediate response and solution. Thank you ☺️ The afternoon tea was really good 👍! Will definitely come back next time!

Booked this hotel for a concert, it's pretty close to the Olympic Sports Center. The service was great and the breakfast was delicious too.

The scenery is beautiful, and the environment is clean and comfortable. The staff's service attitude is amazing! Full marks! 💯

Overall, it was a good stay, and the service attitude was excellent – they really tried their best to meet our needs. However, the facilities are quite old; the air conditioning wasn't cooling, and the coffee machine was leaking.

I booked this hotel for a concert nearby, and the location was fantastic. IFC and Huacai are both within walking distance. The hotel's guest services department proactively added me on WeChat, and throughout my stay, they were incredibly responsive and met every request. My room even got upgraded! A perfect stay experience!

I came to the Olympic Sports Center to watch Nicholas Tse's concert, and the hotel was very close by, within walking distance. The hotel service was very thoughtful; they even provided small concert応援グッズ (fan support materials). Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are well-maintained. For parking, you can park on the ground level or underground (B2), where there are charging stations.

Booked this for the Nicholas Tse concert, and the view of the Olympic Sports Center right from the room was fantastic! The location is great too; I could just walk back after the show. The hotel even gave out some nice merchandise, which was a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, they deliver takeaways directly to your room – that's a huge plus!
