主要投訴酒店人員服務態度，毫無個人私隱，當著一堆人的麪問你叫什麼，我都把身份證推到他面前了，他還一直問而且態度很不好。 我登記完之後跟他説，別當著其他客人面問辦理入住叫什麼，這樣不保護個人私隱。結果他給了一個一輩子都難忘的譏諷的笑容。我本來想就這麼算了，但是真的越想越氣，我很少給酒店評價，這次真心希望平台有什麼處罰制度，狠狠處罰他們一次，讓他們好好加強一下員工的素質培訓.

入住房號325，1.每天早上六點左右會有準時**服務，兩個大煙囱呼呼作響；2.好多東西都是生產日期比較久的；3.早餐可以避免選擇綜合症，種類很單一，價格標的不低，和他們的員工餐比起來，差別較大。唯一兩點就是混沌還不錯。由於特殊情況，可以延時退房，值得點贊。

第一印象老破，環境就不用説了，在門口看着還有點陰森，一個字差，房間門鎖不起來，水龍頭下水打不開，馬桶壞的，坐在上面咯吱咯吱響，房間電話☎️都打不通，我是真無語，點個外賣保安還不給進，洗完澡還讓我穿衣服出去，走路來回還要十分鐘。南京之旅最差的一次住宿環境
