Nice, spacious room, 5 minute walk from South train station. Had repeated issues with the room card and while staff were friendly they were inexperienced and slow (and apparently not well trained). In that sense, service was below expectation. Breakfast options rather poor

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel booked via Trip.com. We checked in quite late, but the process was smooth and hassle-free, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was clean, comfortable, and had some nice touches like complimentary soft drinks and light snacks.
The location is excellent, very close to Nanjing South Railway Station, making it super convenient for travelers.
The only downside was the toiletries; we weren’t fans of the shampoo and body wash provided 😅. Other than that, everything was great. Would definitely consider staying again!

Very comfortable hotel at a highly convenient location( approx 7 mins walk from south side of Nanjing Nan station and across the road ). Very clean rooms and many amenities available. The breakfast spread is varied and has Chinese as well as western options. The staff is very helpful and special shout-out to Ms Julia Zhao at the check-in desk.she is very helpful and a lovely person to talk to. The WiFi is a bit dodgy in terms of connection.

Was told I got an upgrade but it kinda felt like the same room I booked. Wasn’t sure where the upgrade was. Anyway, it’s a simple hotel with great service. Near the train station and great for day trips from Nanjing.

Every time I come to Nanjing, I stay at this hotel. Nice rooms, very clean, and perfect service. I also want to express my special gratitude to the receptionist Julia Zhao for her care and excellent work.

This was an amazing stay. The room was immaculate with top-notch amenities. The service is fantastic and it's right next to the railway and many restaurants. Despite looking over the road, there is minimal noise and I slept so well. Breakfast was a delight every morning.

The front desk service is excellent. Staff is friendly & helpful. They also provide a metro station map highlighting scenic spots. Value added service like the self laundry & night supper make the hotel homely.
There is one concern which was also highlighted in another review that the room has some stench of smell as you enter the room. I think it comes from the shower / toilet as there is no ventilator.
The room is well equipped including a coffee machine & some free light snacks. As I mentioned earlier that I feel comfortable, convenient & homely staying in the hotel.
The room I have also has a small balcony, nice.
