This by far has been the most unique Radisson experience; I always love the Radisson Collection Yangtze Shanghai Branch but I think I found a new favorite. This is a place for someone looking to decompress, relax, and just enjoy The customer service is 10/10 and a special thanks to Dream who catered to all out meal needs from breakfast to lunch (by day two she knew I wanted only pancakes and 排骨for breakfast ), the bartender damn the cocktails were the smoothest I’ve ever had, the driver I think Beng Shifu so fun, his smile and excitement to pick us up was breathtaking , the front desks,room cleaners, hot springs staff,pool staff,concierge all amazing . Meals: fresh, delicious, right portion. Of course if you are looking for variety maybe you might not gravitate towards the menu however then pancakes and 排骨are to die for Amenities: the gym is just ok, would appreciate a little more equipment, pool is amazing , sauna 10/10, springs also good. Room: the Mountain View is all I need to decompress, I never knew I needed it until I sat by the balcony. The room is actually spacious. Surroundings: You can pay 100yuan for the hello car and drive around , however this place is so big that you need more than a week to explore all corners. It’s just peaceful. if you love cardio you can definitely enjoy the parks around , touring the different cities represented by different parks. Would I come back, I might be back in a month and I definitely recommend it. Radisson staff, you outdid yourself, I think you’ve just made me forget about Shanghai Radisson and focus only on you. You made my birthday rest week worth it. Thanks for freshest birthday cake. Oh yeah they have an Xbox too for those that love some games Thanks RC

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, in one of the best parks I've ever been to. I enjoyed the hot springs, although I wish the closing time was much later than 10 pm so I can enjoy the hot springs even more

I recommend it. It is also good for family trips. The rooms are large and the beds are relatively wide. The breakfast is also delicious. The swimming pool and hot spring are separated, so everyone can use it for free.

Nice luxury hotel, with pool, thermal baths and sauna. Sadly the exterior thermal bath was closed in winter.

One highlight of my stay was the hotel’s professional photographer, who took stunning photos with a unique Chinese theme. The location of the resort is perfect, offering numerous picturesque spots for photography. Overall, I highly recommend the Radisson Collection Resort for its outstanding hospitality, excellent dining, and beautiful setting.

Good place to stay for families, recommended

Here is the kindest service hotel in my experience.

Highly disappointing and not worth the money! Because of covid restrictions it was difficult to get in the park where the hotel was located. We were told that there was a fireworks display on but didn’t receive a ticket like everyone else, nor were we told there would be transport to the fireworks location which, needless to say, we missed. The pool was cold and none of the spa facilities I.e the sauna or steam room were switched on so I couldn’t use any of these. The buffet was limited at both dinner and breakfast and I would not call it a western buffet in any regards. Save your money and go to the Westin or the Ritz for better quality. Beautiful view from our room though.

We traveled for nine days and stayed in three hotels, including Qingdao Westin, Yangzhou Hideaway at Slender West Lake, and Radisson. I am most satisfied with Radisson. First of all, the breakfast food is not the most among the three hotels, but the quality is the highest. The croissants are handmade and crispy, which is better than many dessert shops in the world, including the popular Shenzhen rock stone or some croissant specialty (special pit) shop. The second is bacon, at least it is original cut, the other two shops are synthetic glue meat. I won’t talk about other details. Then let’s talk about the house. When my son entered the hotel, wow, it’s so beautiful. This is the words of a child who is less than three years old. There is no need to compliment anyone. In his little world, he knows a few hotels. This hotel and Westin are his favorites. Hideaway at Slender West Lake, as soon as he entered, he said, Mom, let’s go, I don’t like it. Finally, let’s talk about the service. Only Radisson provides doorman service, and the other two are indifferent. Picture 1 is the night view of the hotel, which is like the kingdom of elves 🧚♀️, picture 2 is the outdoor hot spring, and picture 3 is a distant view of the hotel. There is only one disadvantage, there is no children’s activity room. The best thing is that the hotel has good feng shui, unlike the three days of seclusion in Suzhou's West Lake where I only saw an old man with his little sister.

The room was upgraded to 10 square meters. The kids love the mountains and water. Hug Paradise should be visited when the sun is not too strong. The hot spring is not crowded and comfortable. Shisan Garden, Pioneer Bookstore and the small train are all suitable for taking photos. Hanfu travel photography is worth choosing a sunny day to experience. The photographer has eyes that discover beauty, beautiful emotions and fast production. If Ah Hui is here, I will select Ah Hui teacher. Fans +1🙋♀️

The hotel is located in Nanjing Garden Expo Park. There are not many tourists and the scenery is pretty good. Next to it is the Suyun Thirteenth Garden of the Garden Expo Park. Unfortunately, a small entrance fee is now required. The hotel arranges a shuttle bus for guests.
