Pros: 1. The hotel's location is excellent; it's incredibly convenient for dining and shopping, with everything you could possibly need nearby. 2. The hotel staff are very polite and responsive to guest requests, resolving issues promptly. 3. The hotel's toiletries are of high quality, which is a nice touch. Cons: 1. The hotel's facilities are quite average, feeling more like a budget hotel. The ceilings are very low, which makes it feel a bit claustrophobic. It's rare to see such low ceilings in a hotel of this standard in China; it's comparable to a 4-star hotel in downtown Hong Kong. 2. The hotel's parking lot is impractical; it's very small and can only accommodate about 10 cars. 3. Perhaps due to recent rain, the hotel interior and rooms felt quite damp, with a noticeable musty smell. 4. I might have been in a room at the very end, close to the elevator, because around 8 PM, there was a severe buzzing sound near the head of the bed that lasted for over two hours. It was maddening! Summary: For those who prioritize location, this hotel is definitely a great choice! As for the rest, I'll leave it at that.

The stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Xiao Zhou and Cheng Cheng provided excellent service; they were very responsive and helpful with all our questions.

The natural light and ventilation in the rooms are excellent, contributing to an overall quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The location is also great, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff are friendly, and the robot delivery service is a fantastic touch. I had a relaxing and pleasant stay, a truly great experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The room isn't small, and the best part is there's parking available right in the heart of Nanjing! Plus, food, drinks, and entertainment are all very close by. Thumbs up!

The location is fantastic! Just a short walk forward leads to a bustling commercial area, and to the left, you'll find many local Peking duck restaurants. It's also super convenient for ordering food delivery, as all the highly recommended old shops online are nearby. The room itself was spacious and smart, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, the front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful. They upgraded our room, and the front desk agents were so kind. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. The breakfast staff were also very friendly, and the delivery robot for room service was surprisingly fast – highly recommend! The hotel breakfast itself was decent, and the complimentary Americano was quite good. Our room had a great view. There was a little noise at night occasionally, but it didn't disturb our sleep at all. Overall, it was a really great experience.
