The rom was really clean and comfy. Bedroom was comfortable and big enough. The bathroom was really good. There breakfast had a lot of options and the food was tasty. Staff was very kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is perfect for those traveling by car. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and the bedding was incredibly soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were both very quick. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great. Overall, the experience was excellent, offering fantastic value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! We loved the room. Loved the pool. Loved the breakfast. Perhaps the only problem was Starbucks was too far away to deliver. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Gaochun.

Good Hotel

The stay at Gaochun Jinling Hotel was surprisingly good. The hotel facilities were new, the environment was pleasant, the service was friendly, and the room cleanliness was impeccable. They even provided welcome fruit. The service in the breakfast restaurant on the first floor and the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was also excellent. I was particularly impressed by Song Jianjun at the front desk. When we first checked in, we inevitably had some accommodation requests, and he always answered them patiently with a smile, handling everything perfectly for us. When we checked out and went out for a meal, we left our phones at the hotel, and it was through him that we were able to retrieve them. The excellent quality of the staff is a hallmark of the hotel and a result of the management's dedicated training. Having stayed in many hotels, I highly recommend Gaochun Jinling Hotel!

Every year when I visit Gaochun, I stay at the Jinling Hotel. The environment is great, clean and cozy, with a swimming pool and gym. The staff member, Huang Liping, is very welcoming and provides excellent service. Five stars! It's great value for money and I highly recommend it!

Having stayed in so many five-star hotels, this is the only one where the lobby and elevators didn't have heating. Even though it was 18 degrees Celsius yesterday and I could wear a short-sleeved shirt outside at midday, I had to put on a jacket while queuing for a check-in in the lobby. The hotel's doorbell system also seemed to have a mind of its own; if I stopped at the door to move my luggage, it would turn away as if it didn't see me, let alone offer to open the door for me. The hotel refrigerator was empty, completely bare, and not even plugged in. This must be the most bizarre hotel I've stayed in in Nanjing. Even more bizarre was the bathroom light; it seemed to be an electronically controlled timer, because it would inexplicably turn off halfway through a bath. In the evening, I ordered a drink in the room, and it took about ten minutes for it to be delivered. When I tried to buy cigarettes and call the room phone to reach a human operator, the line was either disconnected or the AI ​​system automatically switched off. I had to hang up the phone and call the hotel on my phone to get it sorted out. The next morning, I was waiting in the lobby without air conditioning for the staff to check how many breakfasts were in my room. When I impatiently asked them to just buy me another breakfast, they said they'd give me one for free. The breakfast selection was the smallest I've ever seen, even less than some trendy hotels that aren't even considered budget hotels. When I ordered something freshly made, the waiter just pointed to a plate that had been there since I entered the restaurant and told me it was freshly made. But their supervisor was treated like a chef who only made food for himself. Finally, from check-in onwards, they demanded I add them on WeChat and leave a good review. I'd like to ask the staff here, when you were standing in the lobby wearing down jackets, did you ever think about which five-star hotel lobby requires down jackets? When you travel, which hotel would you leave a good review before even checking in? I've been using Ctrip for over ten years, and I never write reviews. I can count the number of bad reviews I've given on one hand, but you are truly the first hotel to write this much.

Because we were watching the National Games women's basketball games, my family and friends went to Gaochun again. We were surprised to find that the hotel we booked was excellent. At check-in, we were warmly received by the receptionist, Huang Liping, who responded immediately to any questions we had. My daughter loved the underwater world themed room and said she wanted to come back again! 👍

The hotel has excellent facilities and a great location. Ms. Hu at the front desk was very helpful and attentive during check-in. Overall, I was very satisfied and would stay there again if I were passing by.
