Come to see Eason Chan’s concert. The location of the hotel is pretty good, with the subway at the door. We were here to watch a concert, and we booked this hotel, which is very close to the Olympic Stadium, about 2 kilometers away. After we watched the concert, it was difficult to take a taxi. We came back by bicycle, which was very convenient. When we checked in, There were many people at the front desk, but the lady at the front desk was not impatient and patiently checked in. The service was very good. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The TV can also cast the screen. It is good and recommended.

Booked this hotel for a concert across the street, and the location was absolutely perfect! The exhibition hall is just a short walk across the road. They even play songs from your favorite artist when you check in! The staff, especially the ladies, were super friendly and helpful. The room wasn't as small as some other Atour hotels I've stayed in, and it was quite comfortable.

It was much better than I expected. The streets were lined with beautiful sycamore trees. Although the soundproofing was not very good, everyone would be quiet at night... I slept well. The bathroom is also separated into dry and wet areas, which is very satisfying. I came here with a big suitcase, and the girl at the front desk helped me move to the 7th floor. Thank you very much❤️The view outside the window is nice. I will look at it for a while every day when I wake up. Nanjing is really a nice place.

This is the second time I stayed here. After I mentioned the problem last time, I felt that there was a significant improvement. The service attitude is still as good as ever! The brothers and sisters at the front desk are very enthusiastic and the service is very considerate. There are free oranges in the lobby, and the toiletries in the room are also orange-flavored. The orange candy in the room is super delicious! This time, I also arranged to upgrade the room in advance. The room has a wide view, and the room as a whole is relatively spacious and bright. The large floor-to-ceiling window has a good view. If you want to see the night view of the Olympic Sports Center, you can choose a room by the road. The large floor-to-ceiling window is matched with beautiful lighting, and the atmosphere is excellent! There has also been a great improvement in hygiene, and the details of hygiene are well done. Praise the breakfast. The breakfast has Nanjing-style duck blood vermicelli soup, which tastes good, and the handmade wontons are also OK. It is a combination of Chinese and Western styles and can meet various needs. However, Ctrip reservations do not include breakfast if there is no activity. It is recommended to purchase it at the front desk. The laundry room is very good. Basically, put the clothes in, and the front desk will help dry and fold them, and you can just take them when you come back. I will stay here again in the future, and I hope to continue to maintain it.

It was an ok place, close to the UK Visa office to sleep, but far away from the airport. Not a lot of restaurants nearby. And quite far to nice western food places I like in Nanjing.

This stay was absolutely perfect, far exceeding my expectations! Firstly, the location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and check-in was swift. The hygiene was impeccable; the bedding was clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows were just right – neither too soft nor too firm.

1. The location is convenient, just one stop away from Chanan Street (food street), which is why I chose this hotel – I wanted to be close to the food street. The subway is a 10-minute walk, and you need to pass through an underpass. It's also easy to get to other tourist attractions from here. Golden Eagle International Shopping Center is right across the street. 2. This is a new hotel, opened in 2025, so it's clean and hygienic. It also has a smart assistant (Xiao Du), and the TV offers 100 channels without needing to connect your phone. 3. The service is thoughtful. Downstairs, there's hot water, tea, coffee, masks, hair ties, toothpicks, eye masks, and earplugs. When the humidifier in my room broke and the air conditioning wasn't heating, the front desk handled it promptly. There was no bar soap in the room, but they sent some up with a robot. I suggest the hotel also provides plastic slippers for showering. 4. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful, with fruit, congee, fried rice, fried eggs, and various side dishes. I recommend adding some Nanjing local snacks. 5. The soundproofing of the hotel is decent. Occasionally, I could hear people talking in the hallway before falling asleep, but it became quiet once I was asleep. 6. The hotel's price is moderate. It's a small hotel, and I'd say it offers better value for money than a 'Rujia' (Home Inn).

In June 2024, I took my husband and child to see G.E.M.'s concert and stayed in a family room at Qingmu Hotel. The family room was spacious, with a wide view, close to the Olympic Sports Center, and convenient for transportation and dining. I was very satisfied at the time, so I booked a special offer double room at Qingmu again for Stefanie Sun's concert on October 26, 2025. This time, the experience was much better. First of all, the receptionist on the day shift was petite and cute, and the receptionist on the night shift was tall and beautiful. The security guard on the night shift was very enthusiastic, and the service was excellent. The video showed the room I was assigned to the first time; it was clean and the decor was not outdated. There was a short hair in the sink that hadn't been cleaned, and the drain smelled a bit. Most importantly, I stayed in the room all afternoon without any unusual noises. Around 10 pm, there was a continuous ticking sound from the ceiling near the door. At first, I thought it was someone playing a prank and called the front desk, saying that no one had seen it on the security camera. The front desk and the security guard quickly came over and listened with me, and they both agreed that it wasn't intentional. I felt uneasy staying alone and asked to change rooms. They changed me to the last room in the corridor, which was small and old. The security guard proactively offered to upgrade me to a double room, thank you! However, the upgraded room was exactly as pictured later: the room was old, the sink smelled bad, the shower head leaked, and there wasn't even a charging outlet on the table. The power outlet was on the wall near the fake window… The upgraded room was worse than the discounted room? I also lost a ring in the room, and the front desk called me immediately, thank you again! Overall, the service was very good, the location was good, and transportation was convenient, but I probably won't choose Qingmu again.

I was in the area for business and found a hotel that looked pretty clean; my stay was very satisfying. The value for money was great. I booked a special offer room, and the front desk even upgraded me for free, which was a nice surprise. The room facilities were quite new, the towels were very clean, and the toiletries were complete. There was even a smart AI assistant, which made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was also rich and varied, with steamed buns, congee, bread, corn, noodles, wontons, milk, soy milk, and fruit. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is great, very convenient for transportation. The environment and hygiene are excellent. There's a robot in the lobby that can deliver meals. The room is spacious and well-equipped. The front desk staff, especially Fighting, provides very warm service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Nanjing.
